Ex Roommate hid cameras in the bathroom and my room?
I had a feeling something was going on so i went on his laptop when he was away and found a folder labled"tina" (me) and opened it and found hundreds of pictures of me from myspace and some stolen off my personal camera, that wasnt what freaked me out. there were also videos of me in the bathroom getting undressed and in the shower and going to the bathroom and in my room undressing, and you see him in the beginning hiding them putting stuff in front to conceal them and i knew it was weird hed always say let me know before you shower so i can pee. or when i get home my lights in room will be on and he’s say o the bathroom is ready for you. i just never thought anything of it. is there anything legally i can do about it
i do have evidence i burned the videos he had of me and took them so i can try to prosecuit, i just moved in a hurry cause i was afraid for my safety
and after talking to a friend she lived with him too she admitted he did the same thing to her shes just stupid enough to let is pass and never warn me about it when i told her i was gonna rent a room from him.

burn copies on to DVD’s and take that to the police or hell i would take his whole computer who knows what other files he keeps on it? Also i would bring your friend along also. I would also suggest you get a restraining order against him. Hopefully he will leave you alone since you moved but you never know. Also for protection i would reccomend you consider getting a surefire executive defender flashlight. I hope you do take this to the police but know this guy could flip out, dont get me wrong he deserves to rot in jail but while he is waiting to go on trail he could do something stupid. I bought that flashlight for my wife. It fits in the palm of your hand its all metal, it is one of the brightest flashlights ever made militaries use them as well as swat teams this flashlight is made to blind a person attacking you and on the front of it the cover that goes around the light casing instead of being flat this is jagged and it will bust someone’s head wide open if you hit them with it.

i am absolutely positive that you could have doen something about it but if he is now your ex roomate then how can you know that the evidence is still there? But if i were you id still call the police or even call a lawyer and see if they can give you any advice on what you can do.
This guy will most likely go on to do this to other women and may quite possibly be a sex offender.. dont let him continue to get away with it.

Ok well that guy above me has something wrong with him… But yes, take all the evidence to the police and they’ll handle it. It’s clearly an invasion of privacy.

In most states, if the video has sound it is considered invasion of privacy. I would call your local District Attorney’s office and see if charges can be pressed. If you have copies of the videos, that will certainly help. If you or someone you know has access to his laptop, possibly it could be emailed to you for evidence, but be careful.
