burn copies on to DVD's and take that to the police or hell i would take his whole computer who knows what other files he keeps on it? Also i would bring your friend along also. I would also suggest you get a restraining order against him. Hopefully he will leave you alone since you moved but you never know. Also for protection i would reccomend you consider getting a surefire executive defender flashlight. I hope you do take this to the police but know this guy could flip out, dont get me wrong he deserves to rot in jail but while he is waiting to go on trail he could do something stupid. I bought that flashlight for my wife. It fits in the palm of your hand its all metal, it is one of the brightest flashlights ever made militaries use them as well as swat teams this flashlight is made to blind a person attacking you and on the front of it the cover that goes around the light casing instead of being flat this is jagged and it will bust someone's head wide open if you hit them with it.

In most states, if the video has sound it is considered invasion of privacy. I would call your local District Attorney's office and see if charges can be pressed. If you have copies of the videos, that will certainly help. If you or someone you know has access to his laptop, possibly it could be emailed to you for evidence, but be careful.

i am absolutely positive that you could have doen something about it but if he is now your ex roomate then how can you know that the evidence is still there? But if i were you id still call the police or even call a lawyer and see if they can give you any advice on what you can do. This guy will most likely go on to do this to other women and may quite possibly be a sex offender.. dont let him continue to get away with it.
