It's odd that she asked his name and when he was born. however unless she asked the parents name and where they lived, she may not have cause that is the info she will need to give to CPS. Some people think they are GOD and that they can tell you how to discipline your child. Had she NOT spanked him they would have griped at her for NOT controlling her child.. You can't win anymore. I spanked my son at Walmart and before I got home CPS was at my front door.. I don't know how to answer this for sure but I would expect the worse. if they are not at her door in 2-3 days she's ok..not what she wants to hear but even CPS anymore will tell you NOT to spank your child.. However if they investigate and find nothing wrong, it will be dropped in 45-60 days. Hope I helped. I would NEVER say a parent is a bad parent. Today he is a 15 year old well behaved well mannered teen and he has NEVER been in trouble with the law. I was in education 21 years and I can tell you that more parents NEED to spank their child.
