If i put hidden CAMERA’S and MICROPHONES in my CLUBS BATHROOMS to RECORD people will I be breaking the law?
If so what could happen to me?
What could anyone do to me if I did?
WHO THEY GOING TO CALL, GOST BUSTERS?
Yes you would be breaking the law. I know a case where a guy was caught installing a camera in the ladies room. He got charged with a misdemeanor of illegal recording and peeping tom. Not exactly sure of the legal terms but he got 1 year probation and $1000 fine. He was an employee of the club and then got fired and banned for life. The police said if he had been the owner he would have lost his liquor license and thus his business.

Yes, you can’t put any spying devices inside bathrooms at all.

If you are in US it is against the law and you could go to jail. You will likely love it there with the attention you will be getting. First no audio except for a conversation in which you are involved in some states and none in other states without court order. Violation of Constitutional right if privacy. Also violation of state wiretapping laws. Need notice of video however in bathroom is voyeurism and violates public decency laws and who knows what else. There is both criminal violation and civil penalties so soon your club would belind to someone else after damages and punitive damages.
You knew this was illegal and immoral. So why act like it is a real question.
