SHOULD FRIEND BE JAILED FOR TAPING IN BATHROOM?
I saw this news story where a friend video taped a teen girl in the bathroom.then later confessed.i think she was taking a shower and he had a camera hidden.he says i video taped you.
now she wants him to do jail time.there saying 4 years.IT seems to me she isnt much of a friend.
why not just say give me all the raw footage and that would be the end of it.
unless she mental and needs meds.
any thoughts……
well in her defense, what he did WAS illegal (it’s a serious violation of her privacy) & truth be told HE isn’t much of a friend for taping her, without her knowledge, while she’s taking a shower (unless she’s a wanna be porn star or was in a relationship with this kid, there isn’t a single woman who wants to be watched like that, let alone taped). personally i don’t believe it requires jail time but he does need some sort of legal action against him for his actions (probation for a couple years plus a civil case brought against him would be my recommendation).

if someone videotaped a teen in the shower that could be child porn, which can’t be justified and she would be right to follow up on charges. if she needs any psychological help it is because her privacy was violated by a pervert and isn’t her fault

What a perv. yeah he should. What kind of a friend is he to do that? I know if i video taped a friend of mine in a bathroom i would go to jail…. gross dude… gross

he needs jail otherwise where would he stop if allowed to get away with it, the girl is the victim in this don’t forget that,you sound like the perpetrator
